THE GOAL
Curate the annual Big Spring Concert to provide an exciting and relevant lineup while providing multiple experiential touchpoints for students to enjoy.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Served as lead talent buyer for the event and worked directly with major talent agencies to coordinate preferred artists' availabilities with venue availability, in addition to drafting artist offers and assisting in the execution of the contracts

First concert secured in an indoor venue during the springtime to avoid issues with weather

Strategized a marketing plan that included digital, PR, and experiential touchpoints for students (i.e. Rico Nasty and T-Pain branded coke bottles, fatheads, etc.)

Hosted a Big Spring Opener competition where 4 hand selected students competed for an opening slot at the Big Spring Concert; students were selected based on audience voting and judge feedback

Secured partnerships with Bumble and Coca Cola as experiential activations for the show, including photo booths, product giveaways, and more; secured Headcount to set-up voter registration tables on-site
